Dr. Anupinder Singh
Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India
Dr. Anupinder Singh is working as assistant Professor in Department of Physics, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. His major research interests in synthesis and characterization of multifunctional metal oxides in bulk and thin film forms. His area of expertise is impedance spectroscopy and dielectric spectroscopy. Till now he has published more than 20 research articles in various national and international journals. More than 5 students are pursuing PhD under his supervision. Dr. Anupinder Singh has synthesized many materials which show multifunctional properties. He has got various appreciations for his work on analysis of X-ray and Neutron diffraction using Rietveld method. He is also very keen to get high magnetoelectric properties in various solid solutions by tailoring the materials with various techniques. He is also very expert to use the Scanning electron microscopy to study the micro structural and physical properties correlation of the multifunctional materials.
